In your Yoga Prana Shakti class, you will stay on course, cultivating spirit and mind while working on the physical body, all in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. Each class brings awareness to Prana, cultivating and honoring the same. All students will be guided to better understand the details of physical alignment and the coordination of breath while moving in and out of postures.
With a sense of playfulness and exploration, each student at their individual level will work on improving flexibility, strength, stamina, body awareness and function of the entire body. There will be a mix of Vinyasa and held asanas. Breathing and relaxation techniques will be used to calm the mind and reduce stress and raise prana.
