Hurray, I’m now opening up the Yoga Prana Shakti / Marvelous Platform!

To start with you have the growing On-Demand Yoga Video Library, separated into Floor Yoga and Chair Yoga.  So you can buy a prerecorded class and practice with me anytime it suits you.

Also you can claim your spot in the September workshop. Saturday 21st 

”Breath and Core Mechanics”

This is a floor yoga, in person workshop at the Studio in Rutland.

Some previous experience of you is good if you have (intermediate)

If you are you interested in -

deepening your understanding of the physical and functional dimensions of breathing, particularly its intricate links to the body's core, posture, and mobility?

Well, then this is for you.

Participants can anticipate gaining fresh perspectives, embracing relaxation, and engaging in Asana practices during the session.

About

In your Yoga Prana Shakti class, you will stay on course, cultivating spirit and mind while working on the physical body, all in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. Each class brings awareness to Prana, cultivating and honoring the same. All students will be guided to better understand the details of physical alignment and the coordination of breath while moving in and out of postures.

With a sense of playfulness and exploration, each student on their individual level will work on improving flexibility, strength, stamina, body awareness and function of the entire body. There will be a mix of Vinyasa and held asanas. Breathing and relaxation techniques will be used to calm the mind and reduce stress and raise prana.
